Do you live in San Francisco or the North Bay? Strictly Fitness offers in-home training where we come to your home, office, or designated place to provide you with education, workouts, and accountability.
No equipment at home? No problem-we bring everything. Bands, dumbbells, benches-anything that’s required for success!

Jessica has her personal training certificate from the American Academy of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She has always had a passion for fitness and has taken the next step by turning her hobby into her career. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Jessica worked alongside orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists and became aware of the impact that fitness can have on a person's life. Jessica has the desire to help others reach their personal health and fitness goals. Her goal is to motivate, educate and encourage others towards achieving a more positive, healthy and active lifestyle through physical fitness.
